Charlie Hardwick is a Managing Director at FM Capital.  He is responsible for business development and investor relations.  He has over 25 years of experience in alternative investments and the investment banking industry.  Most recently, Charlie was a principal at AGW Capital Advisors, a registered investment advisory firm. 

 

Previously, he was with Vinik Asset Management, a multi-billion dollar long/short equity fund. He was a partner at Oakpoint Advisors, an alternative investment advisory firm. Prior to Oakpoint, Charlie was with Winston Partners, a long/short equity fund of funds. Charlie was a Vice President in corporate finance at Lehman Brothers and was in the merger and acquisition department at Barclays and Houlihan Lokey.

 

Charlie holds an undergraduate degree from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.  Charlie and his family reside in Hilton Head, South Carolina.
